Returns happen, it's ok! We want satisfied customers, so please take a moment to read through these steps.
- Take note of your order number and the condition of the product, we accept returns in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
- No explanation needed, simply email us and give us the order number and which items you are returning.
- Pop the items in the post. When we receive them we'll contact you and refund you the value of the items within 3 business days - we cannot refund shipping costs.
- Please note, we cannot offer refunds for any items that have been personalised.
